This week has been a busy one for our team, with many different fabricated metal products going to many different places. We have made large grain bins, different sizes of interlocking block moulds, large hoppers for quarry use, coal screening and more. These have been sent out through the UK mainland with our free UK mainland delivery and painting in company colours at no extra cost. We are happy to provide quality metal fabricated products to our customers, both new and old, as we believe our customers deserve top quality.

Here is where our products have gone:

  • 2 grain bins were delivered to Bude in Cornwall with free mainland UK delivery.
  • An interlocking block mould was delivered to a regular customer in Duncaster.
  • We have begun working on one of our largest interlocking block moulds yet – twelve 1600×800 blocks, one complete, will be delivered to Scunthorpe.
  • Work has begun on a coal dross hopper that will be sent to Parkham.
  • An extra-large quarry hopper was sent to Penrith.

Much of our regular work involves manufacturing RSJs and machining parts and designs using our specialised CNC machine. RSJs are also known as I-Beams or universal beams and can be used in several different applications, from small to large-scale construction projects. We have supplied many RSJs to different building sites in and around the local area as well as the National Trust. We construct these beams with precision quality so that you can rely on them for your projects.

We begin almost every product with a simple sheet of metal. A good example of this would be our interlocking block moulds, which start their life as a metal sheet on our trusty CNC machine. We cut out each side of the mould on the machine and the divots on each side using separate sheets of metal before welding each side together. We bend the machined divots into shape and weld them as well, smoothing them out before welding each divot onto their respective place on the block itself. With this, we can create each block with far more precision than we ever could otherwise, as it is all done with computer precision.

We are happy to bring this precision quality to you so that each of our products can last as long as you need them.
