It’s a time of reflection for Block Moulds Uk Ltd, and while we continue to take orders over the holiday period, we also believe it’s time to look back on what we have fabricated over the year and the improvements we have made to our operation.
The biggest improvement we have made in the last year is by far our plasma CNC machine which we have used to vastly speed up our production. Prior to owning this machine, we had to plasma cut the divots and frame for our interlocking block moulds by hand. But with the addition of this CNC machine, we can now cut out these parts from flat sheets of metal much faster than we otherwise could, leaving us only requiring to bend and weld the pieces into their proper shape.
We have also been looking into new ways the CNC machine can benefit the business, such as cutting out signs and firepits for customers. We are excited to see this develop in the new year, and urge you all to follow its progress and updates.
Otherwise, much of the year has been spent providing our customers with the quality metal fabricated products that they deserve. Our interlocking block moulds have been delivered all around the country thanks to our free U.K. Mainland delivery and are undoubtedly making many different kinds of projects considerably easier.
