This week at Block Moulds Uk Ltd, it’s all about concrete block moulds; the team is diligently continuing their work on creating fabricated metal products, primarily concrete interlocking block moulds. To streamline the manufacturing process of these moulds, a CNC plasma cutting machine is being utilised, which decreases production time, thereby allowing customers to receive their products more quickly. Our items are corrosion-proof and painted both internally and externally, providing maximum protection and durability.

Nine concrete block moulds are set to be delivered to Sheffield. However, the team is currently crafting an extra-large grain bin that is heading to Wales. In addition, the staff has manufactured and is ready to ship out eighteen concrete block moulds to Salisbury, Manchester, and Blackpool; these are all returning customers.
A whopping forty concrete block moulds are ready and loaded for shipping, so thank you to all of our new and long-term customers.

Moving forward, the team has now completed their biggest project to date on a control hopper designed for glass which has already been delivered to its new home ready for use. It is the largest of its kind that the team has ever built.
We continue to offer metal items, ranging from garden gates to brackets and lifting pins, to locals in the Millom and Copeland regions. Moreover, we are also selling RSJs/universal beams to people in the Copeland areas, whether they opt to collect them from our workshop in Millom or would like them to be delivered to their desired location. We even accept plant and machinery as part exchange.
